Daily Devotional Resources: Participants receive access to a daily devotional by author John Mason, offering faith-filled encouragement that challenges believers to live with purpose and trust God fully. Daily devotional videos are also released throughout the 21-day period.

Comprehensive Fasting Guide: The church provides a detailed fasting guide that explains various types of fasts, including liquid fasts, partial fasts, the Daniel Fast, and technology or social media fasts. Resources also include prayer lists, Bible reading plans, and confession lists to support participants during their quiet time.

Online Commitment Platform: Community members can join the fast and share prayer requests through the church's online platform, allowing the congregation to pray in agreement for breakthroughs throughout the entire period.

Church on the Rock, located at 900 Birdie Hills Road in St. Peters, holds regular weekend services on Saturdays at 5:00 PM and Sundays at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, with a Spanish-language service at 2:00 PM on Sundays.
